More Solutions and its providers shall not be liable for any damages incurred by inaccurate, delayed or incorrect data and any actions taken based on the data presented. All information is provided "as is" for informational purposes only, and not for trading purposes or advice. More Solutions shall not be responsible for interruptions and/or outages that may cause the unavailability or loss of information presented within this application.
Instant price alerts (also referred to as notifications or triggers) are delivered to paid customers via text message. More Solutions is not responsible for any fees associated with text messaging or data usage. Notifications are not guaranteed to be accurate, may be delayed at least 15 minutes and may be undeliverable.
Some personal information may be stored on servers operated by More Solutions. This data is provided by the user, including, but not limited to, phone number, e-mail address and cellular carrier. Other personal information, such as stock lists, transactions and price alerts, may also be stored on More Solutions servers if entered into the application by the user. Quotes and other information are supplied by independent providers identified on the More Solutions website. Quotes may be delayed at least 15 minutes.
